PAYMENT METHODS
We accept these payment methods at Speed Stacks UK (including Republic of Ireland and France). All orders must be prepaid via the website using PayPal. PayPal accepts most credit and debit cards.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY
You may return unused items in the original packaging that were purchased from Speed Stacks UK within 30 days for a full product refund; shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made via the same form of payment used for your purchase. Your return should include the following information with your return:
name
address
email address
phone number
order number
receipt

We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent recorded delivery. The credit for your return will be applied to the to the same payment method used to make the purchase. It may take up to four working days for refund to show in your account, once we have received the returned goods.

ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT TO:
The Speed Stacks Head Office (UK) and address will be provided at point of return request via email.

COUPONS:
Coupon codes are provided in many forms and mainly via our Sport Stacking newsletter and socials (Twitter/Instagram/Facebook). Details including start date, expiry date and percentage discount will be provided at the time of advertising the code.

Please note that all school equipment including 30-Set Sports Pack, 15-Set Sports Pack and Jumbo sets are exempt from coupon discounts. Please email Di Baker – di@speedstacks.uk for information on school discounts.
